Koen is an Investment Manager at Riverdam, where he leads the sourcing and execution of acquisitions for Smizer, an active MSP buy & build platform. He brings eight years of M&A experience and was previously responsible for European datacenter acquisitions at Penta Infra.

Over the past few years, Koen has been closely involved in growing Smizer into a platform of 30+ MSPs. He enjoys the hands-on side of buy-and-build and is keen to share practical insights on what drives value in MSP acquisitions in practice.
