Passion is what drives me, passion for my family and friends, my hobbies (Golf:) and of course for my work and the products I stand for.

In my opinion, without passion it is impossible to be successful. I think I’ve had a passion for CRM and AI technology and putting relationships first my whole life. But more than 15 years ago, I developed a passion for the Microsoft technology behind CRM concepts.

That’s why I choose the technology and philosophy of Microsoft, a company that continuously focuses on development and innovation, a company that inspires me every day. Since the summer of 2016, I have been passionately working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 through my own company Xperity, which joined Fellowmind in October 2025.
