Annemarie Wolfrat is a leadership team coach and interim crisis manager at Whakamana. Currently, she’s working on a project at Enexis to implement a new way of working for their crisis management. Next to this, she is an executive PhD candidate in organisational science at the VU Amsterdam.
Her research focusses on how certain things can only be learned, by experimenting and making mistakes, and how both employees and leaders can create the right environments to allow for the experimentation needed to become and stay innovative in increasingly uncertain times.
Annemarie is a public speaker with appearances at for example srvision, SITS 2022, 2023, 2025, Academy of Management Conference Copenhagen 2025 and Shaping the Future of Work 2026.
