SITS – The Service Desk & IT Support Show (14-15 May 2025, ExCeL London) attracts over 3,000 ITSM professionals. It’s the most prestigious and sought-after speaker conference in the global ITSM calendar. The place for you to share your expertise.
All applications to speak must be made through the online form by the deadline of 17 November 2023.

Who can speak at SITS?
Diversity is integral at SITS – all speakers are welcome. Never presented before? Not a problem. We want to give new voices a platform. If you need a few pointers before submitting, just reach out to David Maguire – Group Event Director.
Dos and don’ts:
We want presentations that educate and entertain – presentations that will help our audience get better at what they do.
We want presentations that are unique to SITS, or that haven’t previously been presented in the UK.
We love case studies co-presented with big-name brands.
This is not the place to pitch your product. Anything sales-driven will not be considered for the programme.
Seminar sessions should last 30 minutes plus 5 minutes for audience Q&A.
